Compensation System for Legal Service

At our office there are 2 (two) compensation system for legal sevices as follow :

Retainer System

The retainer fee charged by S.B.A & Partners at Clients each month is various rate exclude Value added Tax (VAT). This fee is to pay for S.B.A & Partners Legal Services for a period not exceeding 20 (twenty) hours per month. If at the Clients request the legal service provide by S.B.A & Partners exceed 20 (Twenty) hours in one month will be charge with additional fee per hour. Details of legal service provided by S.B.A & Partners will be clearly stated on the monthly retainer fee bill.all various rate and additional is subject to discuss. 

This monthly retainer fee is excluding S.B.A & Partners operational cost such us transportation and accommodation cost out of town administration fee imposed by legal of government agencies or institutions and other legally required fee S.B.A & Partners will ask for Client approval first before take it out operational cost.

Lump Sum Base System

That for settlement of legal issues for a particular project the payment system for legal services that will be applied to the handling of said cases/cases is the lump sum basis system. The amount of the lump sum base fee will be calculated on a “Case by Case” basis which will be agreed together by the parties with calculating the kind of project/case or case and the man hours of S.B.A & Partners that must be allocated to complete it.
